before taking your hdd to a new pc (unless they have exactly same hardware, which will avoid messing your windows)
Do this first:
Because it could simply be a problem with the configuration of the hdd sata.
bios change the settings of the sata interface to "compatibility" mode, after reeboot the pc ,
and see if it show the message again.
watch this first
if it still comes with this error, then as orangpelupa said swap it in an other pc, not as a boot one for a start
or test with another cable or slot
good luck

Generaly, unless your could ear some grumpy noises for a while on this hdd, and a big 'clack', just before the error, your trouble is not that bad.
This could come from several places.
One thing to do is to avoid writing on it for now ( as this could come from the Mft ('file table' a sort of 'database' keeping which file is in which cluster .. and info of the file format) and if you do you might corrupt even more up to the loss of all data.
Now it could simply be a detection error (in case of usb hdd) or simply bad cluster(s)
What you have to say first is what king of drive it is, SDD, SATA, IDE , internal or external ?
is it the hdd where your Os seats (the boot one or not )
then describe the context of when the error occurs. (is it : after any recent driver install, if it happens on windows boot or after a while, ...)
tell your Os and which one if win7 is it pro oem ... ?
Did you do a scandisk to check for bad sectors (in this case they will be marked as bad you'll loose two thre files and everything will be fine after (unless a system file is spot on on it, which will require a re install or repair)
Is it detected properly by windows or not , good format ( fat ntfs ..) good size ?

Entierement d'accord avec toi, surtout qu'avec la taille du buffer allou̮̩ au fichier test, si j'arrive a faire marcher la ligne verte de navigation, il sera facile de l'implementer.
surtout qu'en plus il y a peut etre une possibilit̮̩ de regler la taille d'un buffer dans mafia2

Ok, to get back on topic, you probably know, that Mafia2 was supposed to have a Quick Race,
(and a Quick fight, I came across those nomination somewhere once but not in xml)
probably started from the main menu or same as freeride.
The file is FR_racing.sqs, a while ago I tried to 'streammap it' but without success
(maybe syntax or missing stuff) you probably tried but never know in case you did not.
And,eXistenZ; you mentioned earlier 7 nav points, is this the limit of the followtrail table or just a number you decided ?

If you use sds explorer, inside table sds you'll find the different views (hood front wheel fpv ...)
those are xml so if you look carefully and with a bit of imagination you could modify the hood view to suit
your needs.
I'll do it if I was not too lazy I had the time <img src="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/wink.png" alt="" data-emoticon="" srcset="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/wink@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20">
