Now i can select a house where i want to spawn. But there are no cars and no people on the streets. And how i can select winter or day and night?

What do i'm wrong?? I installed downloaded and installed this :

then i downloaded and installed this:

and then i downloaded and installed this:
[url=/downloads/viewdownload/3-mafia-ii/258-3-fr-ja-v2-0-skin-option-player-setup-exe]http]
And now when i start the free ride mode i spawn as joe next to his house/his garage and i dont have any Icons on the map and i cant enter Joes house.. I cant do anything just ride around the city....
