QuoteA few years ago on the old Mafiascene site there was a mod called Police State, that turned all civilians and cars in Free Ride mode into Police and Gangsters. With the Black Metal 4WD this made for some incredibly fun shoot-outs and chases. 




I don't have much experience with modding, and I don't really know how to go about recreating this.


 




Would it be difficult to do?

You should replace all cars with Gangster and Police cars. This could be useful for you
