I don't think it's a bug, I think the car is put there out of the way until it is activated by a script to drive to that guy's house with cops in it when the timer runs out on the subquest. Nice find though!

 




Bug is that while sitting in the car, I can accelerate and brake, but I ain't able to steer.

Never mind, Asa. I just wanted to clear this up.

When I think about all features that those bastards from 2K cut, I'm pissed. For example, melee weapons, hidden missions and undoubtedly many more. If I were D. Vavra, I'd do the same - leave 2K.

anyways this doesn't seem to be a mod, the guy just entered it with simple lua console command (that enables noclip/flying thru walls/whatever you call it)




i would give you the command myself but MS.com is down and I didn't use itÃâà myself enough times to remember the command.

You have to be patient and play this episode till one of guards after stealing the documents says: it's alright, boss or sth like that. Then, you leave Salvatore upstairs and go down to kill the guards (and not the prosecutor - it's important). After shooting, you return upstairs in order to take Salvatore. Silver Fletcher is near entrance. You stand close to the car's door and press right mouse button (while playing on PC). And everything.
