What I mean is whoever was making the taxi's decided to throw some dirt into the skin itself (do not know there image format)


 




You will know what I mean when you take a Taxi, clean it up in a garage or car washer, then get out and then zoom into it; you will notice that the artist painted dirt/rust into the skin itself this is really most noticable when you try to wash the 40's Taxi during the Winter as it has a NPC's snow foot print printed into the skin itself regardless what you do.   <img src="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/tongue.png" alt="" data-emoticon="" srcset="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/tongue@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20">


 




If I am wrong... well excuse me. lol I don't even know how to use Injector anyway so meh...

What. No the dirt is practically part of the taxi cars, you have to open the textures themselves and carefully ''clean'' the cars up with Photoshop or something.


 




Not the skin that dirts the car up as you drive it.

I don't think draw distance is the problem... I think it's more about the LOD since the city is noticeably low poly when looking at it in Hillwood, maybe someday when computers get fast enough(and possible) we can replace all of the lower LOD models with the higher poly models or just remove them.

It shouldn't be to hard for anyone who knows how to make textures but... Can somebody remove the dirt that is stuck to the Taxi? Where did all the mods go for Mafia II in the download section? Seems like half of them vanished.
