its a quick way to point the blame to gpu driver, system files, or anything.


 




btw i think since windows vista, after blue screen, the windows will show a popup detailing the info. its usable too.

From reading the 1st post, it seems the HDD is failing.


 




If the HDD still working (still able to go to windows)




- run SMART test and post the result here. you can try using whatever software, example is http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php SPEEDFAN (go to the SMART Tab)




post the SMART screenshot, and also i ask the "Perform in depth online analysis"


 




Basically, i suspect you HDD have STC or CRC or Wire error that way above threshold.


 


 




or just try unplug your SATA data and power cable from HDD. And use another pair.




If no problem, then your old pair cable is broken or not plugged securely.

i forgot one more important thing. Sometime its the PowerSupply thats failing. You can try it by unpluggin any other HDD, any ODD, use 1 stick of RAM, remove Dedicated GPU and use integrated GPU (if available). Or just borrow other friend PSU  <img src="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/smile.png" alt="" data-emoticon="" srcset="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20">
