I will not always be available, but I will try my best to and be best of help to those of you modders that want to increase the quality of your mod. I have the ability's to make every new building look just as good or even better than the current buildings in the Mafia I storyline. I can create an empty building that is all rendered with shadow's & AO.If any of you current modders would love to have something to bring your story in your mod an extra goodie, please do PM me or write a comment below.( The door frames and the bar counter are untextured, this building is only half done. )

Indeed, I can build up a new unique building to fit your story in your Mafia I mod.I will supply a .3ds file and textures with pre-baked shadows on the textures, and you take care of the rest.  

Very nice Mike, do you use 3ds Max? I have problems with that from time to time so it would be very useful to have the help of someone like you

I apologize for long delay of response I had no clue you posted back...I use Blender, it is a great fun tool, but also very hard to learn.
