Good luck in your mod     But I think that is better to convert Soviet BT-series tanks because the desighnt as Highway tanks which can ride without treads. And I can give you wheeled armored vehicles like BTR-80A or LAV-25.

Yes that's a little bit idiot to use heavy tanks into a city, I guess... But LAV-25 and armored vehicules like this one are mostly from the 80's, so too much time after Mafia's story

Just remove treads from BT-7  <img src="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/wink.png" alt="" data-emoticon="" srcset="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/wink@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20">   And about Heavy tanks: Red Army use IS-2 tank in Berlin to destroy german tanks, pillboxes etc.
