Well, as I know, this mod has been cancelled.

I agree with Kirov-MG, looks like it cancelled.I found a site which contains informations about the mod, but the official site doesn't work.Anyway here is:http://mafia.bonusweb.cz/novinky/archiv.htm

Not even heard of it! What a pity that one more in the long term a good mod will not be...
