I personally, would probably shut my account down on .com as it was not as good as this site, and becasue of the servers.
What would you do?
First when they were on they never reach has much people that we do and they will have to do alot just to get equal with us specialy when you look like that:
http://www.mafiascene.com/ (http://www.mafiascene.com/)
lol indeed... most of the people have come here... it would be a ghost town <img src="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/biggrin.png" alt="(//bigsmile.gif)" data-emoticon="" srcset="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20">
.com had it's great days, when there were about 60-100 members online each day.
But the dissapointment of Mafia II to many (not myself included) and their transfer to a diffrent host which made mafiascene look bare, and removed many functions plus many downtime moments, like now, it resulted in a large decrease of populairity. even if it will be back on line, I doubt it will ever become that populair it once was. MS.net took it's rightfull place and now offers the possibilities back to the old community we once had.
Still though, it remains my frontpage. One day I hope it will be back, just for the old times sake, but their downtime made me inevitebly go to this website and become a member here that I once were on MS.
Thank-you Sir, for Sharing that part of history of MS

yeah thanks for the info
There have been several great Mafia Sites in the past.
But, unfortunately, as time moves on so does the needs
of gamers, and the quality and quantity of games. Mafia 1
was great because it allowed us the opportunity to mod it.
Mafia II is not that kind of format and thus many people
rebuke it. I myself like the game even though I cannot
change or modify the cars in it. I also like L.A. Noire
but, like Mafia II the fun is wearing off because of the
lack of major modifications that can be made to it.
Personally, I would be a member in both Sites!!!

You make a good point lol. I think you are right, but then we don't know what it would be like if it came back, there could be only 10 members left hehe

I was one of those disappointed , we hung on so long.....to the promise of another Mafia, and what we got was another GTA
anyway if it came back, I'd go wave hi to Muggy, about the only guy who was left there, and move on
last time I checked going there no longer gave you a blank page, but a DNS failure, its gone
