Hey everyone! Although many of you probably know about this website, I still wanted to share it with those, who are not familiar. Can You Run It (http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/:17mf3xzj) is a place where you can find out whether your machine is capable of running a certain game. It scans your computer`s specs and matches them to minimum and recommended requirements.
First select a game from the drop down list and press `Can You Run It?":
(//applications/core/interface/imageproxy/imageproxy.php?img=http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l507/linukkis/CYRI_dropdown_list.png&key=35c934d06eab0e05ccc5052cd072e5f44e871b2b9a87196fd9657141ea7880c3)
Then after a few seconds the scan is complete and you get full analysis, which looks like this:

It sure is a useful website if you're tired of searching for requirements on the Internet
Yes, this is a very good site indeed, thank you for sharing it with us <img src="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/smile.png" alt="(//smile.gif)" data-emoticon="" srcset="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20">
What do you use to record?
FRAPS is the best
http://www.fraps.com/download.php (http://www.fraps.com/download.php)
Thanks crazy, i have tried this though, it has huge file sizes, and only 30 secs recording on trial.
I get lag when recording on all that i have tried
I will send you a PM later about it.
ok thanks
Ahh right... what does half size do?
Resolution/2 (eg. 1920x1080 in full = 960x540 in half.) More framerate ingame, less size, but smaller vid res.
Oh right thanks, so it won't cut anything off then? just resize?
Oh right thanks, how big are your videos when you upload them? Mine are quite big and they are like a minute

Yes, but it's useless and misleading players - e.g. it says that I can't run Mafia 2 while I can <img src="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/wink.png" alt="(//wink.gif)" data-emoticon="" srcset="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/wink@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20">

100% true <img src="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/tongue.png" alt="(//tongue.gif)" data-emoticon="" srcset="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/tongue@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20">

Yeah, it also says that i can't run Mafia 2 while I can. But it never says otherwise, for exalmpe, I've never faced a problem when this site said that some game would work when it actually doesn't. So of course, you can never rely only on system requirements by 100%. But if it says it's gonna work, it will. For me at least...
About L.A. Noire -> I have good configuration, but it says that I can't run it.
I think that service should be improved.
