I tried it out, and L.A. Noire looks better, could do with stronger FXAA, but it's alot better than dx9.

Oh that pissed me off


 




It took 30 minutes for the blinking patch to download, then it failed like every other patch failed and I had to money around with it, and I don't see a lot of difference now that it's working

You must enable DX11, and set your AA to the highest( I assume you have not ).

I actually told R* about the GameShield issue and Fraps, and they did gladly respond to it:
