I know of one computer dubbing tool but its so robotic that it sucks.

how long is your text?

we just thought that it sounds good for a mod.Better than subtitles.So very long text in deed.This solution would eat a lot of memory and nerves   <img src="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/wink.png" alt="" data-emoticon="" srcset="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/wink@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20">  .So if i wont find a normal dubb tool like this it will be just subtitles no big deal.
