I would LOVE to see an iCEnHancer mod on L.A. Noire, I think L.A. Noire's city is by far more detailed than GTA IV's Liberty City, the sheer detail and the INCREDIBLE amounts of interior buildings and cars, is ASTONISHING, and to top it all off the damn game took me around 40 hrs to complete! It's an incredible game that is under-rated. It's easily one of the best games I've played since Mafia I, I will say though the driving is abit shoddy, the gun-play is bad, the character movement is kinda awkward, but that is all over-powered by the sheer greatness of the story and the city's life.

Yes this game is fantastic. I am almost done and then I will start it all over again and do each case better next time.


 




The detail is fantastic such as the cannery animation with convayer belts and people working, also the fire cases and the burnt out houses that looks so real. When you walk through the ashes they dust up around your foot. The giant chandleer in that one mission that fell was beautifull. So many details.


 




I reallly want to drive in first person veiw and think they were going to have this but omitted it for some reason. The cars have nice interiors and working review mirrors so I am sure it was supposed to happen. If I could open the files I would search for that view and change it.


 




My Google search turned up very little in mods for this game although there was a reference to a file opener but no links.

I agree, and the cars in L.A. Noire are the best detailed and textured cars in any open-world game til' this date, they actually have full on 3D interiors, want to know WHY? L.A. Noire was MADE for the PS3, if it was made on 360 originally like Mafia II, it would've been crap, let's be honest, but since the Dev's took complete advantage of the Blu-Ray they made such a beautiful game. The only shame of the cars, is the driving, it lacks, and all the cars have the same wheels, if the driving was like Mafia II's simulation or even Mafia II's arcade mode with original wheels on each car, then it would be incredible in L.A. Noire to drive.

I did make a PS2 buttons mod for LAN, but you need to have the Skidrow DLC addon and their EXE release in order to make it work.
