I have a problem with saving my game. When I save the game it's everything ok but when I click continue in the menu it says load failed. What seems to be the problem. I saved my game in the vila Leo Galante and I'm playing as Vito in the winter. And also i'm using update 4 and my computer is completly up to date.

Let me say, everything about this mod is fantastic! it has everything you could want. i was wondering if there




is a way to return control of the radio to my keyboard controls. in this mod there are only 2 choices for the raido 40's (empire classic) or 50's (empire central)but there is no "Delta Radio" station' this is my favorite. i used the * to control the radio before.

I have a thought about how to activate the full vinci mansion in freeride ja 3.0. If you copy this three files mansion.sds, 15mansion.sds and rtrskies.sds from jimmy's vendetta folder to the game folder or ja folder might this help to the actual activation of the full vila.

I'm not sure if the Vinci Mansion streamMap is available in JA. without that StreamMap you cannot load the mansion.


 




Anyways what you're speaking of won't work. We already have activated the mansion in Mafia2 eX which basically utilizes everything from JA except the StreamMaps. The problem is at certain points around the mansion (example the backyard) it crashes the game due to a parameter issue with JA's "default60.mtl". That file alters the map for JA, without it we lose all JA assets and with it we lose some M2 assets.

This is a great idea for a freeride, as so many options and things to do, maybe a good adition would be some kind os mission or fire fights in the interior that for the moment are empty and on the street.

I think scores from DLC's like velocity, drift etc. will be very good idea to put it to this free rides. It was cool in first Mafia. I was playng with my brother for scores, who gets more  <img src="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/tongue.png" alt="(//tongue.gif)" data-emoticon="" srcset="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/tongue@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20">   Missions from DLC is cool idea too with scores and leaderboards.


 




PS. I have one (maybe stupid) question: Is meelee weapons combat will be evolving in next updates/versions of free rides? You know finishing animations(executions?).




I saw a video from Mafia II Demo where some guy was showing animations of meelee weapons (really cool). If you want I find this video.

still i have the test_scene.sds file in my missionscript folder so i dont see why it wont load im not really good at modding. Big Respect to people who learn this. any fix for this, i just want to test a few things, or is it not possible. thanks for a quick reply.

that's just the missionscript, but you still have the file "dlctest.sds", "dlchotel.sds", "dlchotellustry.sds", "dlchotelwtf.sds", "dlcprintery.sds" in the "city" folder.

EDIT: I have update 4. I install Free Ride for DLC Joe's Adventures v3.0, start the game, next I am doing what is on te movie on page 1, but nothing changes and still is the same as before installation.  (//wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/wacko.png)

If you have previously install another MOD like any other free ride there is a chance your game will get in conflict and crash

just newly registered here.




FR JA 3.0 works great for me.




Until now (played about 6hours) i had only a endless loading screen when i was using the Tram teleport.




Thank you so much eXistenZ34 for this mod.




And thanks to all other modders/contributors here.


 




Its nice to enter the the cathouse in FR JA3.0.




But still missing the poplulation like in the regular DLC mission.




I tried once to anlayze / decompile that missionscript, without success.




But so far as i could see, its crapy programmed and i wonder that it works.




Holy crap i think that programmer must have been drunk  <img src="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/smile.png" alt="(//smile.gif)" data-emoticon="" srcset="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20">


 




I don't understand why people of 2k czech try to avoid any successful moddings of maII ?.




(- like crypting all the .lua code, disabling modder menus in updates etc. .)


 




If you look at Biowares "Dragon Age Originis", for example.




Bioware gave the users a SDK / Toolset and the modding scene there is STILL active.




There is a huge amount of playalbe mods and that was a good thing for bioware itself.


 




I know a very nice freeware tool for handling Mod Installtion/Deinstallation with AutoBackup




of the original files. Because it would be offtopic here i will look to find the correct




forum to post infos about it.

It seems that I did forget to install the Joe skin Pack. Thanks for the reply. I do have one other question, I'm able to ride as a passenger from a car, but cannot shoot out of the car. Is there a key I press to shoot? Also, where is the 3.1 patch that fixes the radio?

Unfortunately these roads do not exist although they are placed in the map. My guess, and for most people I am sure, is that these are sections that were cut out from the final product. If I remember correctly from one of the maps that was released before the game come out , there was a racing field for cars and possibly a quest related to it but it must have not been implemented finally in the story.

Can mafia2 ja free ride use for normal mafia2?

Nope, it's still use the dlc Joes Adventures, without this dlc, Mafia 2 crashes..

My version is English, but your mod still changes the language for some reason.


 




The IV update corrupted it. The NoCD means I cant play the game if I use steam to launch it, I have to do it manually (which i've now done; 1 folder for your mod, 1 for legit)

Finished Joe's Adventure yesterday (mind boggling hard on Medium I must admit)


 




I like the part where Joe has to go to the Greasers to win a car by completing 3 rounds in a brawl.


 




Perhaps this could be adapted; the number of rounds changed upon the user's wishes, perhaps other locations around Empire City?


 




A bit like Fight Club in Saints Row 2 maybe - win for cash perhaps?
